    Under the CCPA, cable companies must provide a written notice of privacy practices to each subscriber at the time of entering into a service contract and at least once a year after. The CCPA protects the personal information of customers of cable service providers.
    I'd give it a solid B because there could be many holes, but it still has good concept. The cable providers could give their customers a written notice in super small print.

    The Electronic Communications Privacy Act ensures that personal information collected by Web sites and Internet service providers is protected from disclosure. Also it prevents government access to personal information collected and stored at Web sites.
    Id give it a B+ because its a very good idea and something that we definitely need, but i feel like there would be endless ways around this Act.
