    Germany’s rearmament broke the treaty of versailles the day the treaty of versailles was confirmed and was keep a secret.
    The rearmament of Germany became fairly large and known by 1933 when the Nazi party was voted into power and Carl von Ossietzky made a stand telling the people about the secret operations of military expansion in 1931.

    Lt. Suemori Kawamoto detonated a small amount of dynamite close to a Japanese rail line, the explosion was so weak it did little to know damage trains passed over the track minutes later
    Japan blamed the attack on Chinese descendants and responded with a full on invasion of Manchurian China, once other countries found out this lead to Japan's removal of the League of Nations

    The burning of Reichstag was an arson attack set on the Reichstag building in Berlin. Home to the German Government.
    Marinus van der Lubbe, a Dutch council communist was found at the scene of the crime and was arrested. He than was sent to trial where he was sentenced to death.
    The Nazi party believed that this was a sign that communists were plotting against the German Government.

    - During this meeting all the countries agreed that they would not interfere with Germany’s occupation of western Czechoslovakia including the Soviet Union which had an alliance with Czechoslovakia.
    - Hitler believed that a majority of German people were living in western Czechoslovakia and that they should return to their “Homeland”.
