    On September 1st of 1939, Germany, under the leadership of Hitler, invades Poland driving Great Britain and France to declare war on Germany therefore starting World War II.

  • Soviet Union joins Germanys side.

    In alignment with Hitlers plan to invade Poland, the Soviet Union joins taking a small portion of Poland.

  • Poland is capitulated

    Poland holds German soldiers off for 9 days. at this point Warsaw had already been captured.

  • UK first sea battle.

    British solders defeat Germanys battleship at river plate which leads to the first major engagement of world war II.

  • Germany takes over Norway..

    Germany takes over Norway and ends a ¨phony war¨ of 6 months.

  • Churchill replaces Neville as prime minister.

    Germany invades Belgium the same day Winston takes over as British prime minister.

  • The Miracle of Dunkirk.

    Trapped British soldiers leaves from Dunkirk to England trying to survive.

  • Britain fights for its life

    German bombers against British fighters which causes German prelude to invasion.

  • United States jumped into War.

    Attacks of Pearl Harbor from Japan causes Hitler to start war with the United States 4 days after.
