INTRODUCTION OF WORLD WAR II
World War II was a global war that lasted from 1939 to 1945. The war involved more than thirty (30) different countries including two opposing military alliances : the Allies and the Axis . The Allies include three big countries UNITED KINGDOM ( from SEP 1939) , SOVIET UNION ( from JUNE 1941) and UNITED STATES ( from DEC 1941). China was also a part of it. The Axis are the union between many countries including Germany, Italy ,Japan , Romania ,Finland , Bulgaria and other countries. -
BEGINNING OF THE WAR
World War II began on 1st of September , when Germany invaded Poland. Germany invaded Poland to regain their lost territory and ultimately rule their neighbor to the East. -

DECLARATION OF WAR ON GERMANY
When Germany invaded Poland , Great Britain and France responded by declaring war on Germany and many war letters were written between the countries to maintain peace which result in no benefit. -
SOVIET UNION INVADES POLAND
The Soviet invasion of Poland was a military operation by the Soviet Union without a formal declaration of war. The soviet send their RED ARMY on Poland. On 17th September 1939, the Soviet Union invaded Poland from the east, sixteen days after Germany invaded Poland from the west. -
WAR'S FIRST SEA BATTLE
British Cruiser defeat a German pocket battleship at the Battle of River palate . This was the first naval engagement of World War II. Afterwards the Battles of Nervik were fought from 9 April to 8 June 1940 as a naval battle in the Ofotfjord , this was a part of Norwegian city. -
PHONY WAR
Germany invaded Norway , ending a six month period of limited land operations and these operation were called Phony War. Phony War, (1939 –1940) a name for the early months of World War II. The term was coined by journalists to derisively describe the six-month period. -

In response to the attack of Pearl Harbor by Japan , US declared war on Japan. On June 5th ,1942 US further declare war on some Axis forces of Bulgaria , Hungary and Romania. -

From June 28,1942 to September 1942 , Germany and her Axis partners launched a new offensive plan against the Soviet Union. German troops fight their way into Stalingrad (Volgograd) and penetrate deep into Caucasus after securing the Crimean peninsula surrounded by Black Sea. -

From NOV 23,1942 Soviet Troops counterattack , breaking through the Hungarian and Romanian lines and trapping the German Sixth Army in the city. Forbidden by Hitler to retreat or try to break out of soviet ring , the survivors of Sixth Army surrender on Feb 2, 1943 -

HITLER'S DEATH OR SUICIDE
Hitler commits suicide by swallowing a Cyanide Capsule but some people claim that he shoot himself. For political reasons, the Soviet Union presented various conspiracy theories about Hitler's death. They maintained in the years immediately following the war that he was not dead, but had fled and was being shielded by the former Western Allies .God knows better about this mystery of Hitler's death or suicide. -
SURRENDER OF GERMANY
After the death of Adolf Hitler ,Germany had no choice so, they surrendered to the Western Allies. On May 9th,1945 , Germany surrenders to the Union Soviet. -

Another Nuclear attack by America causes a lot of destruction in Nagasaki which is the another city of Japan. -
END OF WORLD WAR II
Japan's economy was totally destroyed by the nuclear attacks so, Japan surrendered on Aug15th,1945. Having agreed in principle to unconditional surrender , Japan formally surrenders causing a end to World War II. Thus, peace in the world restored.
