    The RFC was presented as the start of the war and aircraft then was improvised from there. British was the first country in the war to present the aircraft.
  • Machine Guns are introduced

    Machine guns were introduced into war and it made it easier for the soldiers to fire down their opponents easier. Britain was the first one to use it.
  • Submarines are introduced

    Submarines are implemented in WWI, by Germany. When they decide to attack merchant ships.
  • Poison gas is introduced

    Germany introduces the poison gas by launching a chlorine attack. Around 5,000 French and Algerian troops were killed.
  • Lusitania sinks

    A German U-boat torpedoed a passenger ship, Lusitania and caused it to sink. There was a total of 1.198 death, 128 being Americans.
  • Germany limits submarine interactions

    In order to keep America out of the war, Germany limits submarines. Submarines were used to keep American ships from reaching France and Britain.

    A promise made to the U.S. by Germany where its stated that armed merchant ships would be tiptoed without warning, but not the passenger ships.
