Wealth influences on Colonization

  • First sucssesful colony

    After two previous attempts to colonize Jamestown, the Europeans finally were able to settle.

    The goal of these Europeans was to find gold on this land and become rich.

    The Europeans had temporary slaves who worked for 7-10 years and then were let free. If they weren't already dead.

    Europeans were introduced to tobacco farming and used this to gain wealth.
