Art making - CGs, Character sprites, and Backgrounds Script - Draft everything from Chap 1 - Epilogue, specify scenes, flesh out character dialogues Sound - Find suitable music for the games (the more the merrier) Engine - Have a stable engine that can do the needed features. GUI, Font, Text box ready.

Drafts of everything mentioned under "Asset Creation" should be ready.

Merge whatever assets we have into the engine to create mockup. Take notes of needed assets, corrections, and things to improve on.

The mockup should be working. Debugging, typos, additional notes for the final product should be written down. 1) what to improve 2) what to change 3) things to make it better.

All assets for the game should be done within this time.
Things to note: Script- Word count, grammar, read time. Art- Check for inconsistencies, needed alterations, variations of CGs (face, reactions, and etc...) Engine- GUI must be final. The desired effects should be running bug-free. Menus must be work. Gallery and post-game stuff. Saves and loads must be working. Sound - Scenes should have their allocated music, scene timing with the tune, changes and precision issues with sound effects. -
Check for bugs, inconsistencies, errors, and things to work on. Apply finalized assets to the mock up engine and check for bugs. Evaluate and list down what needs to be changed and/or improved on.

Polish errors and quality during this time

Have friends test the game. Ask for bugs or typos.

Check for typos, errors in music syncing, engine bugs, art asset positioning (sprite, CGs, effects).
