    Beginning with majors in the A&S program, a mentorship program should begin being implemented. This program should be overseen and managed by department heads.

    Make the Mentorship Component of the Undergraduate Education Mandatory at CU Boulder

    Contact the Board of Regents and, based on the success (hopefully) of the schoolwide mentorship implementation, make mentorship a mandatory component of the University system, thus making university funding necessary.

    Development and Implementation of University Organized Mentorship Program

    Have a standardized mentorship requirement that can be followed by all schools and majors; have a sustainable source of funding through the university (and not only through the individiual departments) to help fund the program

    Technological Development to Contribute to Mentor-Mentee Relationships

    Work with the University IT department to develop a program that allows all departments to easily connect mentors and mentees (similar to an online dating site).
