    The Great Awakening impacted society because it attracted many people of different classes or races. The Great Awakening also affect politics so people were equal. Ministers from different colonies started to communicate with each other. The Great Awakening was during the time between the 1730s and 1740s. The Great Awakening started because many people were just dedicated to religion. The Great Awakening happened at Georgia to New England

    The Great Awakening was an unorganized but widespread movement of evangelical Christian sermons and church meetings. It changed lives and politics. Jonathan Edwards was the most important leader of the Great Awakening. Edaward used dramatic sermons to help emphasize the Great Awakening. His sermons were important because it had sinners ask for forgiveness for their sins or face eternal punishment. Also a man named George Whitefield inspired thousands to join the evangelical movement.

    The French and Indian war was an event becuase so many people fought such as the French, the British, and the Indians. The French were taking land away and keeping it for themselves. Also the British were taking sides between the French and Indians. The British captured Fort Duquesne which made the French lose Indian allies and the British gain some. Since the British gained most of Canada, leaders wanted to spread and make peace.

    The Proclamation was an impportant event because it prevented deaths ands from many people. The colonists caused the event because they kept gponig on the Indians land. The colonists just ignored the proclamation but the British followed it. It ordered colonists to remove themselves form such settlement. Because the colonists ignored it, it led to expansion.

    It helped raise money for the standing army. It was caused because Britain was in debt of the French and Indian war. It set duties, or taxes on molasses and sugar imported colonists. The colonists started smuggling. Since the colonists started smuggling the British couldn't put taxes on them.

    The townshend acts allowed people to import goods to other places. The cause of the townshend act was because of Parliament in 1767. The townshend acts imported glass, lead, paper, and tea. Colonists responde with townshend acts with another large-scale boycott of British goods. Because of the boycott there was trouble in Boston, so they sent more toops down there.

    Bostanians saw a presences of British troops as a threat by the British government. The cause of the Boston massacre was lots of massacre. Paul Revere made an engraving of the incident that was distributed throughout New England. The British had gotten into a argument with Boston.

    The Treaty of Paris laid out laws and boarders of where to go. It was caused because of the battle or yorktown. Rights were accepted between English and French and also many lands were made. Colonists and the british liked the idea of freedom. In the end of, no war was made between anyone.
