    French and Indian War
    Fought between England and France. 2. Fought over control of North American Territories. 3. The start to the was a result of Indians led by George Washington killing a french officer.

    1. Ended the French and Indian War. 2. England was determined to be the victor of this war. 3. French loses all of its North American claims. England claims all land west to the mississippi river and North through Canada.

    1. THis prevented colonists from moving west of the Appalaichian Mountains. 2. Created to stabalize relations between the native american and the British Empire. 3. This became the problem between the colonists and "Mother" England. The colonists didn't like being told what to do.

This was a tax on sugar and molases. 2. this act was established as a way of creating revenue for the british kingdom after the french and Indian. 3.This incident increased the colonists' concerns about the intent of the British Parliament and helped the growing movement that became the American Revolution

    1. This tax placed a tax on all paper goods including wills and newspapers. 2. the result of the act was protests and anger by many colonists. This led to a boycott of the stamped paper goods. 3. As a result of the boycott and anti british sentiment in the colonies. Parliament repealls the stamp act.

    1. This act was passed to ensure the British that they had food and supplies. 2. THe British soldiers could go into someones house and sleep there for as long as they needed. This angered the colonists big time. 3. The british could come in and take as much asa they wanted. If you didn't cooperate they could do more to you.

    Gave the british the right to search ships for smuggled goods. 2. This angered mercahnts greatly. They had no privacy on their ships. 3.This was another law that angered the colonists and inched more towards the revolutionary war.
