The Renaissance was a period in which an interest in ancient Greek and Roman culture was revived. It also provided the world with Humanism, a movement valuing the state of man over the state of God. The Renaissance brought about new ideas and scientific discoveries like Heliocentric Theory, gravity, etc. -
