The German-Soviet Boundary Friendship Treaty was signed by the German representative and the Soviet representative. During this time, Poland is divided into a western zone controlled by the Germans and an eastern zone controlled by the Soviets.

The last valiant gap of the Polish which was about 4,500 soldiers under the command of Admiral Unruh was trying to resist but then finally fell to the Germans.
