    Martin Luther King, Jr.'s speech is arguably the definition of what cultural awarness/relevancy means. Several ideas behind the speech apply to every culture, be it gender, race, ethnicity, SES, etc. Equality is importaant and hatred for other shouldn't exist. Listen to the speech here

    Children with disabilities recieve a Free Appropriate Public Eduction (FAPE) in which Special Education services are implemented.
