    The 18th admendment to the United States Constitiution prohibiting the production, sale and transport of liquor.
  • The 19th Admendment

    An admendment to the United States Constitution giving women the right to vote.
  • Clara Bow

    Clara Bow starts apearing in movies as a Flapper. She ends her acting career in 1929.
  • The Charlston

    The dance, The Charlston, became extreemly popular after the broadway musical: Running Wild.
  • The Great Gatsby

    The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald, was published.
  • Wall Street Crash

    By the summer of 1929, stock market prices started declining. Investors panicked and withdrew their stocks, causing an economic crash.
  • The Blaine Act

    The Blaine Act was passed by the United States Senete and was a repeal to the 18th Amendment. It was formaly adopted as the 21th Admendment on December 5th, 1933.
