A feast day was a celebration, when the poor where given food and money by the rich.
it was celabrated as as a religious occasion and at easter.

    What were medieval houses like?

    What were medieval houses like?
i found a home in a lodging, its smelly from previous owners and it is quite small but i like to think of it as cosy! its great having a place to kind of call my own.....
Many peasant families ate, slept, and spent time together in very small quarters, rarely more than one or two rooms. Windows were small openings in the walls of houses that had shutters that were only closed in bad whether. http://www.learner.org/interactives/middleages/homes.html

    OUCH!

    OUCH!
in medieval times theree was no such thing as casts or anestectics, so if i was to have my arm fixed it was most likely to be amputated then get infected. there were no anistetics, so if it was to be amputated it would hurt allot, i would feel every bit of pain.

    TAXES!

    TAXES!
OMG! why does our stupid leader have to put in more taxes im poor enough as it is! I DO NOT NEED this tax for our country to have more soldiers
Under a Feudal system, taxes were most commonly paid in a form of promised service or in goods, rather than in money.
