A law passed to move the Indians west, so Americans would have more room to live. Indians were forced to leave. This was known as the Trail of Tears. -

A tax on imported goods which hurt the South. The South threatened to sucede if problems were not fixed. -

The National Bank was not Jackson's favortie. When the bank's charter was up to be renewed, Jackson vetoed it. Even today, we still do not have a National Bank. -

A conflict about Georgia wanting to move Indians away. The Supreme Court said that this was unconstitutional to force Indians out of the state. -
Cherokee Removed
Georgia got their way and they removed the Cherokee to Oklahoma. It was demanded for them to move because the Americans wanted gold, land and there were prejudice white men who were rude towards the Indians.
