French and Indian war begins
You can read more here The French and Indian war, also known as the Seven Year War was a war in which Britain and France were fighting over land. The British wanted to cease Spanish and French territories. The British received Canada from France, and Florida from Spain at the Peace Conference in 1763. I think this also might have given the British the idea that they are more powerful than others. -
End of French and Indian War

In the end, it was stopped by a peace conference, and it was decided who got what land. I think this helped start the Revolutionary War because I am sure colonists from both sides were angry with eachother afterwards because of who got what land. -
Proclamation of 1763
Read more about this here The Proclamation of 1763 after the French and Indian War ended was a Proclamation the closed off the western frontier to the colonial expansion, this was done to calm down the Indians who thought the colonists were driving them from their lands. I think this helped start the war because it made several colonists mad. -
The Stamp Act

Townshend Acts
The Townshend Acts were imposed duties on glass, lead,paints, paper and tea imported into the colonies. The colonists saw this as an abuse of power. (Which I'm sure is another reason for the revolutionary war) In 1770 the Townshend acts were repealed all duties except for tea. -
Boston Massacre

I believe this helped start the Revolutionary War because it really angered the colonists and they felt like they needed to fight back. -

Read more hereThe Lexington and Concord is a battle where the British were planning to attack the Colonists but the colonists were warned by night riders such as Paul Revere. I think this is when the Revolutionary War was seemed like it for sure would happen because of the fight. -
Declaration of Independence

This gave the British more of a reason to fight and for the Revolutionary War to happen because they were now declaring themselves independent away from the British which the British would not have.
