Reeboks Sales went up to 3.5 million, then created the Freestyle™. This shoe created 3 major trends within the athletic footwear industry. Aerobic exercise, women into sports and exercise, and the acceptance of athletic footwear for casual street wear. -
1986 Sales
In the three years between the creation of the Freestyle shoe and 1986, Reeboks sales went from 3.5 million to 919 million. Result of providing apparel to over 3,000 olympic athletes that year in Atlanta.Continued to grow with the industry. -
