Process of Eating Healthy

    Each sunday, ensure to go to the grocery store to pick up nutritional foods that can be eaten throughout the week. The foods purchased should reflect the nutritional needs stated within the Canadian Food Guide.

    Breakfast is critical when attempting to live and eat in a healthy manner. Each day begin your day with a filling breakfast. This should be the biggest meal of the day.

    Lunch

    It is important to eat several meals throughout the day, including lunch. Before and after lunch ensure to eat a small snack. Lunch should be the second largest meal of the day. This should include fruit, vegetables, grains and protein.

    Dinner

    After eating larger portions throughout the day, your final meal, being dinner, should be the smallest. It is crucial that dinner be eaten before 7pm in order for your body to properly digest the nutrients and break down unwanted fats.

    Repeat this each and every week. Also ensure to live actively in order to fulfill the goal of being healthy.
