  • Month 1.

    Month 1.
    Even though your baby has been concieved, you technically aren't pregnant yet, although there is a developing embryo inside your stomach.
  • Month 2

    Month 2
    Webbed fingers and toes are poking out from your baby's hands and feet. In his brain, nerve cells are branching out to connect with one another, forming primitive neural pathways.
  • Month 3

    Month 3
    The baby's fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements
  • Month 4

    Month 4
    In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length. HIs legs are growing, along with his head, and the eyes are coming closer to each other. He's even starting growing toenails.
  • Month 5

    Month 5
    Your babies adding weight, and is growing. Your baby is also starting to swallow.
  • Month 6

    Month 6
    The baby is just over a pound. His brain is starting to develop , and so are his taste buds. His lungs are starting to develop ' branches' of the respitory ' tree' .
  • Month 7

    Month 7
    The baby can blink her eyes, which now sport lashes. With its eyesight developing, it may be able to see the light that filters in through your womb.
  • Month 8

    Month 8
    Your baby is now considered "full term," even though your due date is three weeks away. If you go into labor now, his lungs will likely be mature enough to fully adjust to life outside the womb.
  • Due Date!

    Due Date!
    As cozy as he is, your baby can't stay inside you forever. For your baby's safety, your doctor will talk with you about inducing labor if your baby isn't born in the next week or earlier if there are any problems
