    Three workers that worked for a huge FBI case. The code name was MIBURN. Its means Mississippi Burning. They took the three guys to the jail because they caught suspicions when they were at the church.They thought they were doing something bad. After seven hours in jail they were released as they raced down the highway they were caught took them to road cut road and was shot to death. The justice Department were charged for violating the civil rights. The seven men was found guilty.

    Birmingham Church Bombing

    The bombing at the church killed four little girls. They were found underneath the basement floor in the restroom. most people were able to evacuate but more than 20 people were injured in the process. Thousands of angry black protesters was outside of the church where they sent the police to break up the protest. They later found out that the FBI had information on the bombing but did not want to approve of the civil rights movement.

    While Emmett Till was visiting his family,this African american was murdered for flirting with a white women. he was murdered by two men they gouged out his eyes,shot him in the head,and then they threw his body in the river while he was tied to cottongin fan with barbed wire. Milan and Bryant went to trail in the segregated courthouse in Sumner,Mississippi. They identified the men that killed the 14 year old boy and brought the situation to court full of white jury men and found him not guilty.

    Plessy v Fergusson In 1892 there was a situation that occurred. A African american passenger did not want to sit in Jim crow's car therefore that broke one of the Louisiana law. He argued but they rejected his argument therefore it was taken to court. the trial was held by john H. it was challenged in the supreme court on the grounds that it conflicted with the 13th and 14th amendment.

They failed to reach the decision so then they let him free in 1994 they reopened the case and a racially mixed jury found him guilty of his crimes for murder and was brought to justice.
