The mission for the Assemblies of God were to become more worldwide. They were being sent all over the world to be presented as an out reach and bring more on their side.

Assemblies of God gets involved in civil rights movements and social issues.

There was a set back for their people when it came to speaking in tongues. There was a lot of denomination in that religion because of the belief of tongue speaking. Women in the industry and their roles was a big setback that made a slight decrease in the religion. Still there was plenty of growth in the population.

There was a population growth and at this point there were millions of members and churches in over 200 countries.
