    Momni Cafe will work with stakeholder groups to elicit candidate criteria , candidate skills set and character traits desired or required for new Principal/CEO
  • Create & Publish brochure for advertisement, Advertise opening

    Create & Publish brochure for advertisement, Advertise opening
    Momni Cafe will create a school brochure and send out notifications for the job opening to be published in appropriate publications.
  • Paperscreening and Interview process

    Paperscreening and Interview process
    Momni Cafe will work with the Board to do paper screening and set up the interview protocol for potential candidates, including dates and questions. Potential candidates will emerge from this process and will be vetted and then scheduled for an interview. The interview schedule will be selected and approved by the board at the March meeting. The Board and each stakeholder group will submit questions to be included as desired.

    Momni Cafe will work with the Board o set up the interview teams, interviews (stakeholder and board) and site visitations for final candidates.
