France took Germany's territory, Ruhr, because Germany wasn't able to pay WWI reparations. Germany's economy plummeted. Nationalists increased and also Nazi party members dramatically increased.

Hitler plans revolt against Berlin government. Hitler wanted Reichswehr, German military, to join his revolt. So General Erich Ludendorff becomes a supporter of Nazis.
