    German troops marched into Austria unopposed, a day later Germany announced its union with Austria was complete.
  • The Munich Agreement is signed

    The Munich Agreement is signed
    Hitler invited French premier Edouard Daladier and British prime minister Neville Chamberlain to meet with him in Munich, when they arrived the Fuhrer told them that the Sudetenland would be his "last territorial demand." To avoid war, Daladier and Chamberlain chose to believe him, on September 30, 1938, the Munich Agreement was signed and the Sudetenland was turned belonged to Germany, without a single hsot being fired.

    Hitler was not finished expanding the Third Reich, as dawn came on March 15 1939, German troops flooded into what was left of Czechoslovakia, by nightfall Hitler was gloating "Czechoslovakia has ceased to exist." afterwards the German dictator turned his land hungry gaze towards Germany's easter neighbor, Poland.
