    Just before 10:00pm, local time, I landed in the Honolulu International Airport

    I woke up on the morning of the 15th of June to a beautiful, suny day on Waikiki Beach, in HI, where I spent two days soaking up some fun in the sun before heading to Sydney, Australia.

  • Off to AZ...

    Off to AZ...
    After 2 days in the sun, I got on a plane heading across the Pacific Ocean to Sydney Australia.
  • Sydney => Melbourne

    Sydney => Melbourne
    After a 10+ hour flight from Hawaii to Sydney, and crossing the internaional date line, I boarded a train from Sydney to Melbourne, then from Melbourne to Warrnambool.
  • First day in Town

    I woke up in the morning of the 18th of June, after spending the last 4 days traveling and losing 1 day by crossing the International Date line, finally at my destination, Warrnambool Austarlia.

    All of the teachers through a giant party knowing we had 2+ weeks of no classes, students, or responsibilities. (Legally we are not able to show any pictures of what happened, so it will remain blank.)

    On the morning of the 3rd of July I again got on a plane for Perth Australia to spent the remainder of my holiday with some family.

    Spent the day with my American family spreding FREEDOM across the great city of Perth (by freedom I mean cupcakes, but they were red, white, and blue)

    After 10 days in Perth, Margret River, and other attractions in W.A. I returned "home" to Warrnambool to begin prep work for the remaining 8 weeks of my time here.

    My host-family and I toured around the Great Ocean Road, seeing the highlights of the coastal road.

    To help teach the students about futialism we played a game of class chess, which, as you can see, Jack won!

    Went to Port Fairy to check out the whales that had just arrived of the coast.

    Today we worked as class to make timelines of "The Town" game we played last week... L:ook how excited the students are for this activity!!

    Becuase I am such a nice teacher, I have decided to move back the due date of the castle project to September 4th!!

    After just over 3 months in Australia the country will give me "the boot" firmly, but not forever, kicking me out of its boarders. So it is back to Hawaii, ending my trip the same way it started.
