    Nobunaga is in control

    Obu Nogunaga is in control of Japan, he conquers almost one third of the country,

    Kyoto is captured by Nobunaga

    Nobunaga kills himself

  • Hideyoshi becomes shogun

  • Hideyoshi dies

  • Battle of Sekigahara occurs

    Ieyasu is initially outnumbered but many diamyo's defet and join his side, winning him the battle. This ends the warring states and Ieyasu is awarded shogun.

    He begins the rule of the Tokugawa shogunate. The Tokugawa clan had no divine right to rule.
