    Social Wellness

    "Social Wellness is the ability to relate to and connect with
    other people in our world." (iBook pg. 2) I connect with my friends and family everyday. I always make sure to talk to them and make sure I have a good and strong social life and connection.

    Emotional Wellness

    "Emotional Wellness is the ability to understand ourselves
    and cope with the challenges life can bring." (iBook pg. 2). I always talk to people about challenges in life. I make sure that nothing is controlling me too much when it isn't going right.

    Spiritual Wellness

    "Spiritual Wellness is the ability to establish peace and harmony
    in our lives." (iBook pg. 3) I keep peace in my life by focusing on what I love doing and cutting out things/people that make me upset or ruin harmony in my life.

    Environmental Wellness

    "Environmental Wellness is the ability to recognize our
    own responsibility for the quality of the air, the water and the
    land that surrounds us." (iBook pg. 3) I try to keep my environmental health by recycling and doing what I can to protect the earth and make it a better place.

    Occupational Wellness

    "Occupational Wellness is the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives." (iBook pg. 3) I don't have a job but I do balance dance which is something amazing for me and I manage to balance hours of dance and still have room for other stuff in my life

    Intellectual Wellness

    "Intellectual Wellness is the ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences that can be applied to personal decisions, interaction and community betterment." (iBook pg. 3) I try to keep my mind open to new ideas when starting new things but I will say it is hard to step outside my comfort zone and try new ideas.

    Physical Wellness

    "Physical Wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality
    of life that allows us to get through our daily activities without
    undue fatigue or physical stress." (iBook pg. 3) My physical health is good because I dance so I don't get tired doing normal everyday things. I don't have much physical stress because of all the dance that I do every week.

    Multicultural Wellness

    "Multicultural Wellness includes individuals being aware of their own cultural background as well as the diversity and richness present in other cultural backgrounds." (iBook pg. 3) I try my hardest to respect all others and I have learned everything that I can about my own background.
