LUREC Retreat for OLs
I am so excited to go on this retreat and connect with my fellow OLS. I've never been to LUREC before, and I heard it is a beautiful place. -
End of OL Training
At the end of training, we were asked to reflect upon our past leadership experiences and how they connected with the skills we developed at the retreat or through working together in groups through training. Also, how will we utilize these skills for the upcoming first orientaion? -

I cannot wait to get to know these talented students! I only hope that I can help them on their way to college success. -

End of Freshmen Orientations
The last regular freshman orientation session is over. Reflecting on how my experiences have developed my leadership skills and excitement for focusing on classwork and Staff Development days. -
Teamwork In UNIV
My group presented a Case Study, an idea to create change on campus by utilizing our newfound knowledge about leadership to institute a program to recycle furniture and other goods among Loyola students. -
Final Integration Project
