The first day that the OLs meet each other and the rest of the leadership team. I loved the icebreakers and everyone seems so excited for the summer!

I am so excited to go on this retreat and connect with my fellow OLS. I've never been to LUREC before, and I heard it is a beautiful place.

At the end of training, we were asked to reflect upon our past leadership experiences and how they connected with the skills we developed at the retreat or through working together in groups through training. Also, how will we utilize these skills for the upcoming first orientaion?

I cannot wait to get to know these talented students! I only hope that I can help them on their way to college success.

After the first three Orientations, this reflection is about the interactions with students and parents as well as how I am prgoressing in my goals.

The last regular freshman orientation session is over. Reflecting on how my experiences have developed my leadership skills and excitement for focusing on classwork and Staff Development days.

My group presented a Case Study, an idea to create change on campus by utilizing our newfound knowledge about leadership to institute a program to recycle furniture and other goods among Loyola students.

It's time to collect everything I've learned this summer and compile it into one condensed Eportfolio.
