    The German St.Louis sets sail from Hamburg, Germany, for Havana, Cuba. There were over 900 people most of them were Jews fleeing to Nazi Germany. Most of the Jews were applying to the United States and were planning on staying in Cuba until they could get into the United States. Then the US denied for Cuba to enter. The later the ship was able to dock in Antwerp, Belgium after the fight between the Americans. Belgium, Netherland, France, and United Kingdom was accepted by the govenors.
