A treaty restricting Germany from having too many supplies for war and 5 nations were invovled the US, UK, Italy, Germany, and France. This treaty was broken because Germany had 200,000 more soilders than agreed upon and also created more weaponry that help lead into WWII. -
Nazi Soviet Non-Aggression Pact broken
2 countries agreed to create with each other for the next 10 years. Soviet leader Stalin saw the pact as a way to keep his nation on peaceful terms with Germany, while giving him time to build up the Soviet military. Hitler used the pact to make sure Germany was able to invade Poland unopposed. The pact also contained a secret agreement where the Soviets and Germans would divide up Eastern Europe. -

Eisenhower came back from Europe to run for US Presidency under the stratgey that use of force is the way to political policy gain.
