The Munich pact was much more a betrayal than an agreement. German forces would occupy Sudetenland and other regions where the population was more than 50%, Czechs were betrayed because Britain was supposed to protect them.

The German occupation of Czechoslovakia began with the German annexation of Sudetenland. Following the Munich pact Hitler promised not to take anymore land but Hitler had other plans and disregarded the pact and took over the land anyways.

The invasion of Poland was the spark that marked the beginning of world war 2. German soldiers claimed to have been attacked by Polish soldiers, which gave the Germans a reason to invade Poland.
