    leicester sheep Robert Bakewell did selective breading with his sheep and cattle that were the strongest and biggest, perticularly the sheep you could kill for meat and wool, these were knowen as the leicester sheep.

    power loom edmund cartwright created the power loom to make the weaving process faster which was good, it was able to keep up with the growing population of people who needed things like clothes or rugs.

    cotton gin the ctton gin, made by Eli Whitney was made to seperate the cottonseed from the cotton fibre. the fibre was then used to make clothes for the english population.
