    This usually happens two to three months before the installation. This process includes confirming hardware delivery dates, scheduling the installation of the communication cables, electrical lines and fire equiptment.
  • Provide Vendor With Information to Build Database

    This happens one or two months prior to installation. This step includes providing room rates, codes, feature rates, descriptions and resports.
  • Verify Conversion Date

    This step is done one month in advance of inplimentation and includes making final arragements for equiptment installation.
  • Equiptment Arrives

    Equiptment Arrives

    This step includes the delivery of equiptment. You want to make sure to compare and contrast specifications, set up a training room and install test hardware and cabels.
  • Training Schedule

    Two weeks prior to installation a training schedule should be confirmed.

    System goes live the nexy day after this process
  • Systems Monitoring

    Systems Monitoring

    Vendors monitor systems to make sure there are no problems.
  • Vendor Counsel

    Vendor Counsel

    This happens until the PMS coordinator is satisfied.
  • Training Begings

    Training Begings

    One week prior to installation employees should be traning and setting up reservations in the new system.
