Germany was still mad after the lost of WWI and started wanting more land but how to do that when your in great deperssion and got 1,000 and lost tanks and war crafts. So they blammed the Jews for thier lost and for the Treaty.

After Germany lost they were messed up due to the fact the had to sign the Treaty of Versailles which decreased land, military, airplanes, money. Germany had to pay a huge war debt while being in debt.

A man by the name Adolf Hitler started to think that Germany was being weak. So he started a party that he could restore Germany to its glory. So Hitler ran for leader of Germany but got 46% on votes meaning he was popular. There were party, bands, march, and Hitlers voice all over Germany making vows and promises. Also he started sending Jews to concentration camps.

The night of the broken glass was an event that destroy Jews business, synagogues, homes. They would break windows of Jewish business and destroy their products. They would burn down synagogues and Jewish homes. While German police and firefighters were suppose to protect German homes and people.

Jewish people were now about to be sent to concentration camps, ghettos. They were waiting for death due to the harsh environment and being fed little and only soup and bread, being hung and shot, realizing there is no hope. They were forced to work and would be punish for a mistake then they would have to burn there own mom and dad in the crematories.

Every Jewish person started t get executed due to the Germans losing but late saved from the allies. They were given food and clothes and a home then they were questioned about there lives and how the survived.
