    This actually happened around 4,600,000,000 years ago. The earth just clustered together from heavy metals and some organic compounds around the newly created sun.

    The First Organisms are Created.

    This actually occured 3,900,000,000 to 2,500,000,000 years ago after the late heavy bombardment occured. The first lifeforms that resembled Prokaryotes were alive. They are called Chemautotrophs which used Carbon Dioxide and inorganic materials to substitute for glucose like later cells would use.

    The Eukaryotes were around by 1,850,000,000 years ago.

    First Multicellular Organism.

    The first multicellular organism may have occured around 800,000,000 years ago.

    The Occurence of Obvious Life

    This first occured around 542,000,000 years ago and is called the Phanerozoic Eon. This time period is where animals and plants had started getting abundent on earth. This is still the happening today.

  • Carl Linneous and the Classification of Life

    Carl Linneous publishes his book called Systema Naturae which classified over 12,100 species, 4,400 being plants, and 7,700 being animals.

  • Charles Darwin And the Theory of Evolution

    Charles Darwin publishes his book "On the Origin of Species" which contained Charles Darwin's Theory of Evolution
