King George ll granted rights to James Oglethorpe, and the trustees all land in between the Savannah, and the Alabama rivers, extending west towarsds the Pacific Ocean. It said,trustees could not ownland, or hold a political office, or be payed money for their work. Also Catholics, blacks, or liquor dealers. They also could only aothority for a limited amount of time, thye also could not pass laws without the kings permission.

    There were 4 causes. The first was the french and indian war,which issued a lot of war debt on the people. The second was the Proclaimation of of 1763, which also issued alot of war debt, from the troops who were sent to protect the settlers in the west. The third was the Intolerable acts, which was partly caused by the Boston Tea Party. This included that troops would be tryed in England.Also this included the quartering act. The forth was Declearation of Indedependence .

    Elijah Clarke and the Battle of Kettle Creek
    Clarke led the troops to Kettle Creek, and defeated almost 800 British soliders. This was a surprize victory. Even after Georgia and South Carolina had fallen, Clarke led men on a number of guerrilla raids. After the war Clarke was rewarded with many acres of land. He also served in the Georgia legislature, and became the general in a state militia.

Also we did not have the Exective, Judial, And Legislative Branch. Also each state had its own form of currency. Ect. The 13 state agreed to overrride this, and instead, they made the United StAtes Constitution, and that is what we have today.

    The 13 Amendment was trying to complete Lincolns Emancipation Proclaimation. This amendment stated that all slaves would be completely freed. It abolished slavery, although President Andrew Jackson Made Some Changes.

    Leo frank was a man who was tried and convicted of the murcder of a girl named Mary Phagan.Jim conley was another suspect, but was never convicted.They found eveidence againt them both, but some evidence against Leo was a lie, and Jim Conley had lied about a bunch a stuff. On August 16, The "Knights of Mary Phangan" broke into the jail where leo was and took him to be hung. On that night, he had died.
