The first computer game was Spacewar and was created by Steve Russel and MIT. I chose the first computer game because I play computer games a lot at home and they are fun. -
The Floppy Disk was made
The first floppy disk was made by IBM. I chose the floppy disk because it is something that we use in computers and we use computers a lot. -
First Video Game
The first video game commercial was released and the first video game was called Pong. I chose the first vidoe game because I have played it and I thought it would be cool becuase I learned a little bit more about Pong. -
The First Apple Computer
The first apple computer with colored graphics was called the Apple 2. I chose the first apple computer becuase we use computers everyday and they are very useful. -
Apple Macintosh
The Apple Macintosh was released in 1984 and had the first mouse and windows interface. I chose this because we use Apple Computers on a day to day basis. -
Nintendo
The first Nintendo was released. I chose this because I have played the old Nintendo's and they are really cool. -
Hotmail
Hotmail was started by Jack Smith and Sabeer Bhatia. I chose hotmail becuase a lot of people used it to get a hold of people now known as via email. -
Google
Google was founded by Sergey Brin and Larry Page on Spetmeber 7, 1998. I chose google because everyone uses it on a day to day basis. -
XBOX
The first Xbox was introduced by Bill Gates on January 7th. I chose the Xbox because I love playing xbox and it is really fun. -
Skype
In 2006 Skype announced that they had over 100 million registered users. I chose Skype because I use it to contact family and it is very useful.
