    PARC v Pennsylvania

    PARC argued that The plaintiffs argued that, under Brown, their rights were violated beneath the break even with protection clause and due process clause of the 14th Amendment.
    Penn contended that the prohibitions of “retarded children” complained of are based upon four state statutes.

    the plaintiff-appellant Timothy W appealed an order from the district court that held that a child that's profoundly disabled isn't eligible for extraordinary instruction if he cannot advantage from such instruction.
