THis was the time where black people were making an improvment in culture. They started to do music, literature and theather. In 1903 the book "The Folk of the Black Folk" is published and it identifed that blacks and Americans are the same. The Shuffle Along audio book was an opening for broadway openings for negros. The La Revue nègre was the first act for a black women Joeseph Baker and inspired many. -

Duke Ellsington was a stage man that played for the croud with his trombone and his humor. Langon Hughes qas the man who started to write music for people all over and was taken out for being black. Louis Armstrong ws one of the first to play the swing music admireing for many. Actor Paul Robeson was one of the first African American actors of history. Marcus Gravey led the back to Amfica movement. And the Harlem Globtrotters hold records by proving anyone can do anything they just play basket. -

Now the KKK is made and fear is broght to the faces of the black people. They have been seeked down and work on advancement and social culture ended but today everyone is equal.
