    The Story: The reason I picked this topic..unique social & emotional issues in the class.
    3 highly intelligent/perfectionist type students:
    "Johnny" couldn't finish tests -high anxiety on essay questions.
    "Sammy" classic underachiever would not even start assignments due to the fear of failure. Further disclosure: one of these students was obsessed with symmetry..also wanted "even" grades only, (92, 90, 86, etc.)
    "Sally" couldn't work in groups-had to have things her way.."her way or no way".
