After World War II, Georgia experienced growth like no other, first there were major changes in agriculture meaning there were no more tenant farmers because they wasn't needed no more. Second there had just been a New Deal called the Agricultural Adjustment Act. Thirdly tube ware and microwave ovens had just been invented. They introduced trackers which was a major reason on why there was less Tenant farmers( Displaced) -
