    Helped build Fulton county stadium. Thirdly he removed every " only white sign that he saw. Racism was no longer a thing.

Also created the peaceful desegregation of Atlanta's public schools. William B Hartsfield wanted Atlanta to be a model southern city because He developed Atlanta into the aviation powerhouse.

    After World War II, Georgia experienced growth like no other, first there were major changes in agriculture meaning there were no more tenant farmers because they wasn't needed no more. Second there had just been a New Deal called the Agricultural Adjustment Act. Thirdly tube ware and microwave ovens had just been invented. They introduced trackers which was a major reason on why there was less Tenant farmers( Displaced)
