I plan to be healed from my torn acl in one month by taking an hour and a half out of my day to excersice. I also plan to stay healthy all the way through basketball season.

Our first tournament for basketball is this weekend. I want to be able to play in it.

I want to be healthy and playing alot on this day and my knee being as strong as it was before I hurt it.

This is the end of the basketball season. I plan to still be completey healthy and ready for baseball season.
