  • Hitlers Meeting

    Hitler had meeting with military advisers. Declared his plan of taking over other countries so Germany can prosper and grow.

  • Creating a union with Austria

    German troops marched into Austria and later declared that it's anschluss aka “union” with Austria was complete.

  • Britain and France give over land to Germany

    leaders Daladier(french) and Chamberlain(great britain) signed a munich agreement that gave Sudetenland over to Germany to avoid war.

  • German Troops invade

    German troops invaded Czechoslovakia to expand Germany land.

  • The Nonaggression pact

    Germany and Russia sign a nonaggression pact, they also secretly signed a pact that split the land of Poland between the two.

  • Germans assemble

    Over the summer Germans began to assemble an invasion fleet along the French coast to prepare for bigger plans.

  • The secret invasion

    Hitler launched a surprise invasion of Denmark and Norway

  • France surrenders

    Hitler handed France his term of surrender, France began to fall as Hitlers power rose.

  • Germans bomb Britain

    2,000 German planes ranged over Britain, bombing it over the next few months unstopped.

  • RAF shoots down planes

    RAF shot down 185 German planes, German loses 60 of their own.
