    Named because of the three layers of earth during this period, the triassic period was flurishing with dinosaur life and both the end and the beginning of this period are marked by mayjor extinctions. the last of which caused the dinosaurs to widen their species because of the climate change they were able to stay alive and flurish towards the end of this period.

    Land masses were shifteing and changing. Dinosaurs and the earliest lizzards and reptiles were living and dominating.

    New types of dinosaurs -some of which being bird/dinosaur species- many appearing. Breaking apart of the super continent Pangea. Much like the Jurassic period.

    Began with the extinction of dinosaurs, rise of mamals and plant life. Start of the latest Ice Age. Lots of global changes and temperature/climate decreeses.
  • Quaternary Period 2.6-MYA

    Quaternary Period 2.6-MYA
    Carving and molding of land with pulse of the waxing and wanning of glaciers. Mamals get fur and die while the earliest hummans evolve.
