This ad shows gender bias because of the way it shows a women who is holding pants and stating "I don't wear the pants, but I buy' em-". This is refers who the dependent and who is the provider, but It really shows gender bias and pretty much stereotypes and says woman can't be the provider. Although Ads like these were coming out daily. The women movement was slowly gaining equal treatment from men. During 1947 the U.S Supreme court states that women are allowed to serve in juries if they WANT.

This gender bias takes a different approach from insulting women because its use of sarcasm. It doesn't take much to assume this because it shows her trying to open a bottle ketchup that seems fairly easy to open. This touches on the strength of woman and how they aren't as strong as men to open bottles in general which is more of an insult. This was a hard time for gender equality because World War 2 just ended but people wanted the society to be peaceful. They were still using ads like these.

This shows a woman pouring a drink into a mans cup. This is a gender bias ad because just like the ad made in 1950 with the similar affects, it clearly is trying to show who wears the "pants" in the relationship. During this time was very powerful time for woman because people were fighting the equality for colored people and a woman named Rosa Parks had just got arrested in 1954 because of a incident which shocked the whole country.

This Gender Bias Ads shows a man and a who man and then a statement that says "The Chef(Men) does everything but cook - that's what wives are for!" this statement I saying that the only place that woman are important in the 90s was in the kitchen because they're referring to that woman should only belong in the kitchen and let the man deal with it. Things like abortion started to get known about woman and groups such as the Feminists for Life started to hinder away the mainstream scene.

This gender bias ads show a woman looking like she is getting seduced by a bunch of man who are trying looking. It really shows that how you think would could be easily taken advantage of which isn't right. Not to long ago they in the 2006, The Supreme Court upholds a ban on the “partial-birth” abortion procedure. The Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act, a federal law passed in 2003, was the first to ban a specific abortion procedure.

Its insulting in way where men back then thought things like these are allowed but in reality it really shouldn't. 2010 was huge for women movement and as the took a victory convince the court to create a act that makes private insurance pay for birth control for woman without any co-pay or deductibles.
