Titania has fallen in love with the "ass" and is loving with him -

Puck realizes he has put the liquid on the eyes of the wrong person. -

Puck puts the liquid in Demetrius's and Lysanders eyes so they both will fall in love Helena -

Helena believes both men are making fun of her when they declare their love."you would not do me thus much injury"(Act iii, Scene ii line 148) -

Hermia is shocked when Lysander says he hates her "Hang of, thou cat, thou burr! Vile thing, let loose, Or I [Lysander] will shake thee [Hermia] from me like a serpent!" (Act 3, Scene 2, lines 260-261) -
