    At the end of the first trimester, in 12 weeks the baby is now a fetus with teeth and arms and legs and all the vital organs. The baby is about 3-4 inches and weighs about 1 ounce.

    In week 14 the fetus will reach the final lengths of his limbs and neck. The baby’s sex will appear during this week, if the fetus is a girl, ovaries will start to form, and for the boys the prostate gland will appear. Now the fetus is 3 and a half inches long and weighs 40 grams.

    In week 18 the fetus will be able to hear. Now, the baby is 5 and a half inches long and weighs 200 grams.
