The Berlin-Rome Axis was the alliance between two dictators, Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, that formed a power base for the losing side of World War Two in Europe. This was Mussolini's term for the result of the "Treaty of Friendship" signed October 25th, 1936 between Germany and Italy.
