    Start distributing a week before finals, continue to distribute through finals week, end distribution on 12/22. Purpose: To boost students morale while studying for finals and to lure them into Espresso. Another $5 gift card hand out is scheduled at the beginning of spring semester (1/17-1/24)

    Start promoting and distributing loyalty cards at the start of spring semester.Set realistic goals that can likely be achieved w/in 3 months (i.e. have at least 100 people signed up for loyalty card)Consider where business is currently at and where you would like it to go

  • Evaluate loyalty card promo

    At this point the loyalty card will have been in use for about 3 months. Time for evaluation. A couple questions to consider...-Were all goals achieved?-Are people using the loyalty card? -Daily usage total/average? -Since implementation of loyalty card promo, has there been more traffic flow? Etc. Based on answers, decide whether to continue promo. If choose to continue, reset goals.
  • Campus Special Coupon Books Distrbution

    Coupon books will be distributed on campus during the first couple of weeks of fall semester. Coupons will be valid from 9/1/12 to 10/1/12.
